Hi, I’m Meagen!
I’m a graphic designer and creative operations leader with 15+ years of experience in CPG packaging and print. I enjoy shaping how something should look while also figuring out how to produce it correctly. That combination of creative fluency and operational discipline is where I do my best work.
I began my career as a hands-on graphic artist working across design, production artwork, product photography and print. My responsibilities later expanded into creative operations, project ownership, process improvement and team leadership—but I have always remained close to the creative and technical work itself.
During 11 years in beverage manufacturing, I managed the packaging artwork process for more than 400 private-label brands. I guided projects from initial request through design, regulatory review, approvals, prepress and final production. Along the way, I worked extensively with dielines, substrates, color requirements, vendor specifications and printing methods including flexography, gravure, offset lithography and direct printing.
I’m at my best when a project involves a strong idea, a complicated dieline, competing deadlines and a process that needs more structure. I know how to align stakeholders, make technical information easier to navigate and catch problems before they reach production—turning many moving pieces into work that is clear, accurate and ready to produce.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud dog mom of two, a lifelong Disney and Marvel enthusiast, and someone who can usually be found with a Coke Zero nearby and at least two different LEGO projects in progress.
